Graduate of Kunitachi College of Music High School (where he was taught by Norihiko Takiue), where he was awarded the Governor of Tokyo’s Prize. Currently studying at Tokyo University of the Arts under Hiroshi Hara, Masataka Hirano, and Masato Ikegami. Impressed in the 5th Adolphe Sax International Competition (Dinant, 2010).

Has performed with the Tokyo Geidai Philharmonia.
