First studies at the Conservatorio Profesional de Música Joaquín Villatoro in Jerez de la Frontera. Went on to further studies at the Conservatorio Real de Música Manuel de Falla in Cádiz (under Miguel Garrido) and graduated from the Conservatorio Superior de Música Manuel Castillo in Sevilla, where he was taught by José Antonio Santos. Advanced studies at the Conservatoire à Rayonnement Régional in Versailles (under Vincent David). Has impressed in a number of national and international competitions. Plays regularly in orchestras and is also a member of several saxophone ensembles, including Saxetera and SaxAndalus. Currently teaching at the Conservatorio Superior de Música Rafael Orozco in Córdoba.
