Graduate of the Schnittke Moscow State Institute of Music (where he was taught by Yuri Vorontstov) and of the Gnesin Russian Academy of Music (where he was taught by Margarita Shaposhnikova).

Has impressed in a number of competitions, including the International Competition Classical Heritage Moscow, the Togliatti International Competition of Young Performers, the 21st Century Art Competition (Kiev), the River of Talents Music Competition, and the International Saxophone Competition “The Voice of the Saxophone in the Modern World” (Moscow, 2011). Has performed with several Russian orchestras, including the Moscow State Symphony Orchestra, the State Symphony Capella of Russia, and the Russian State Symphony Orchestra. Initiated the Music for Peace project.
